Why this matters more than it sounds. A significant share of "VIP transfer" offerings in Istanbul are unlicensed intermediaries. How do you select your chauffeurs?
Quick Answer
Every chauffeur holds an SRC certificate and has at least five years of VIP transfer experience. A new chauffeur spends two weeks working with us before carrying a passenger alone. The team is stable — we do not run on turnover.
A Vito with the wrong person driving it is just an expensive van. The relationship between chauffeur and passenger is half the job.

You know the name in advance
Your chauffeur's name, phone number and vehicle plate reach you a day ahead. You don't find out who is driving when you land.

Name-sign pickup, a dark suit, quiet communication. No unsolicited conversation, no phone calls, no recording.

Istanbul's alternate routes, known by heart. Knowing how the two Bosphorus crossings behave at different hours is something no navigation app supplies.

Why do you publish your prices when competitors don't?

Because the only reason to hide a price is that it changes depending on the customer. All eight routes are published in euros with VAT included. The same route costs the same for everyone: no phone negotiation, no seasonal markup, no quote that depends on which airline you flew in on.
You don't need to call, fill in a form or leave an email address to find out what we charge. This is our clearest single difference from the rest of the market, and the one competitors are least likely to copy — because matching it would mean giving up the flexibility that hidden pricing exists to protect.

Yes. We hold TÜRSAB registration A-17179 — TÜRSAB is the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies, and the registration is independently verifiable. We are separately licensed for international road transfers. We send the certificate in writing to any client who asks to see it.
Are the vehicles really yours?
Yes. The three converted Mercedes-Benz Vitos are owned outright. That means the vehicle arriving is known when you book, and its maintenance and condition are our direct responsibility rather than a subcontractor’s.
Can the price change after I book?
No. The figure we send you in writing is the figure you pay. Traffic, waiting time and flight delays do not change it. VAT is already included, so nothing is added at the end.
What if I need to cancel?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the transfer. Because we don't take card details at booking, there is no refund process to chase either.
Will I know who my chauffeur is beforehand?
Yes, and you don't have to ask. Your chauffeur's name, phone number and vehicle plate are sent to you the day before your transfer.
Is there insurance on the transfer?
An invoice, insurance and a passenger record are kept for every transfer. This is the practical meaning of using a licensed agency: in unregistered transport, none of those three exist.
Do your chauffeurs speak English?
Yes — English is a selection requirement, not an extra. Turkish is native, and basic Russian is available on request. Every chauffeur also holds an SRC certificate and has a minimum of five years’ VIP transfer experience.
