This Notice is issued pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform you about the processing of your personal data by oRço VIP Transfer as data controller.

- Necessary for our legitimate interests (website security, service quality), provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed
- Your explicit consent (for analytics cookies and optional communications)
3. Transfer of Data
Your personal data may be transferred, only to the extent necessary and in compliance with the KVKK, to:
- Our chauffeurs (only the information required for the transfer)
- Competent public authorities when legally required
- Technical service providers (hosting, email, WhatsApp Business API, etc.)
Any transfer abroad will be carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
4. Method of Collection
Data is collected via our website, WhatsApp correspondence, telephone calls and cookies, by automated or non-automated means.
5. Retention Period
Personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing and in accordance with the limitation periods set by applicable legislation. Thereafter it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your Rights (Article 11 KVKK)
You have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information about the processing
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
- Know the third parties to whom data is transferred (in Turkey or abroad)
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7
- Request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
- Object to a result against you arising from analysis by exclusively automated systems
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
