About Us
What is oRço VIP Transfer?
Quick Answer
oRço VIP Transfer is a TÜRSAB-licensed chauffeur company (licence A-17179) providing fixed-price VIP transfers from Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen (SAW), across Istanbul and Kocaeli, and cross-border into Bulgaria, Greece, the Western Balkans and Georgia. Every booking includes a Mercedes-Benz Vito, an English-speaking chauffeur, live flight tracking and complimentary airport waiting.
Istanbul is a city where ground transport quietly decides how the rest of the day goes. A meeting in Levent and a landing at Sabiha Gökçen are ninety minutes apart on a good day and considerably more on a bad one. Our business is built around removing that variable.
What separates us from a booking platform or a local taxi
The fare is fixed by route, not by vehicle class, meter or time of day. An Istanbul Airport transfer to the European side is €75 whether you land at 06:00 or in Friday evening traffic. There is no surge pricing and no meter.
All prices are quoted in euros with VAT already included. The number you are quoted is the number you pay.
Prices apply in both directions. Airport-to-city and city-to-airport are priced identically.
We are a licensed travel operator, not an intermediary. TÜRSAB registration A-17179 is verifiable through the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies.
We are licensed for international road transfers and run ongoing cross-border services into Bulgaria, Greece, Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Georgia. Other European destinations are quoted on request.
Every vehicle in the VIP fleet is a converted Mercedes-Benz Vito — the standard specification for executive ground transport in Turkey, chosen for cabin height, luggage volume and ride isolation rather than badge value.
Every airport booking includes 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from actual landing time, and flight delays are never charged.
Support is available 24/7 in English and Turkish, with a real person on WhatsApp rather than an automated queue.
The Fleet
What vehicles does oRço VIP Transfer use?
Quick Answer
Our VIP fleet is built entirely on the Mercedes-Benz Vito, professionally converted for executive travel. Three configurations are available — Signature (4 passengers, 4 suitcases), Business (6 passengers, 6 suitcases) and Group (8 passengers, 8 suitcases). All feature leather seating, climate control, privacy tinting and generous cabin height.
The Vito is not a compromise between a saloon car and a coach — it is the specific vehicle that European corporate mobility standardised on for groups of two to eight. You can stand to enter it, hold a conversation across the cabin without raising your voice, and carry a family's luggage without a second vehicle.
Vito Signature
4 passengers · 4 suitcases — executives, couples, private-jet arrivals, maximum legroom.
Vito Business
6 passengers · 6 suitcases — small delegations, families, board-level teams.
Vito Group
8 passengers · 8 suitcases — event parties, extended families, full project teams.
Standard in every vehicle
Full leather seating with individual climate zones.
Privacy tinting throughout the passenger cabin.
On-board Wi-Fi and device charging in every vehicle.
Complimentary bottled water and cabin refreshments.
Full-height cabin — you enter standing, not crouching.
Dedicated luggage compartment, so bags never travel on seats.
The chauffeur, not just the car
A Vito with the wrong person driving it is simply an expensive van. Our chauffeurs are selected for professional conduct first:
Conversational to fluent English, so route questions, restaurant recommendations and schedule changes are handled directly.
Discretion as standard — no unsolicited conversation, no phone calls, no recording.
Local route knowledge covering both the European and Asian sides, and the timing patterns of the two Bosphorus crossings.
Formal presentation, appropriate to a client arriving for a board meeting or a diplomatic engagement.
Airport Transfers
How do private airport transfers from IST and Sabiha Gökçen work?
Quick Answer
Send us your flight number and destination. We track the flight live and adjust the pickup to the actual landing time. Your chauffeur meets you in person at a designated meeting point just outside the terminal, holding a name sign, assists with luggage, and drives directly to your address for the fixed fare quoted at booking — no meter, no surge, VAT included.
Istanbul has two international airports on opposite sides of the Marmara, roughly 80 km apart. Landing at the wrong one for your destination is expensive in time whichever way you travel; the difference between a planned transfer and an improvised one is usually an hour.
01
Book
Via WhatsApp with your flight number, landing time, destination address and passenger count. We confirm the fixed fare in writing before anything is reserved.
02
We track the flight
Our dispatch monitors your inbound flight in real time. If you land forty minutes early or two hours late, the chauffeur's arrival moves with it.
03
Meet and greet in person
Your chauffeur waits at a designated meeting point immediately outside the terminal, holding a name sign — confirmed in writing before you fly.
04
Complimentary waiting
60 minutes of free waiting from the moment the aircraft lands, covering passport control, baggage reclaim and customs. Delayed flights incur no charge.
05
Direct to your address
No shared stops, no detours, no second pickup.

Pricing is fixed per route, not per vehicle class — a four-passenger Signature and an eight-passenger Group cost the same on the same route. Larger parties do not pay more.
Corporate & Business Travel
Can I book a corporate chauffeur for a full business day in Istanbul?
Yes. We provide chauffeur-and-vehicle at your disposal for half-days, full days and multi-day programmes across Istanbul, with the same vehicle and the same chauffeur throughout. Corporate accounts receive consolidated invoicing, a named dispatch contact and priority allocation during peak periods.
For a visiting executive, ground transport is either invisible or it is a problem. There is no useful middle state. A dedicated vehicle on disposal removes the three things that actually consume a business day in Istanbul: waiting for a car, explaining an address in a language you do not speak, and rebuilding a schedule after one meeting runs long.
Vehicle and chauffeur on disposal — the car waits with your luggage and materials between meetings; you are not re-booking each leg.
One chauffeur for the whole programme, so briefings happen once.
A mobile office — Wi-Fi, charging and a quiet, partitioned cabin make transit between meetings usable working time.
Consolidated monthly invoicing for accounts, instead of individual receipts.
A named dispatch contact reachable 24/7, not a general queue.
Multi-vehicle coordination for delegations, board visits and site tours, dispatched and tracked as one movement.
Typical corporate engagements: executive airport collection and return · full-day meeting circuits across the Levent, Maslak and Ataşehir business districts · roadshow and investor-day logistics · conference and congress delegate movement · factory and site visits in the Kocaeli industrial corridor · private-jet passenger transfers from general aviation terminals.

Intercity & Cross-Border
Do you operate intercity transfers across Turkey and cross-border into Europe?
Quick Answer
Yes. oRço VIP Transfer is licensed for international road transfers and operates ongoing cross-border services from Istanbul into Bulgaria, Greece, Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Georgia, alongside intercity routes throughout Turkey. Cross-border journeys are quoted per route and include border formalities, chauffeur documentation and all tolls. Other European destinations are quoted on request.
Istanbul is the road gateway to the Balkans. For a party of four to eight, the drive is frequently the better instrument than the flight — door to door, with your luggage, on your own departure time, with no connection in a third city and no security queue at either end. Much of the Balkan network has no convenient direct air link from Istanbul at all.

Cross-border pricing
Unlike our airport routes, cross-border fares are quoted per journey rather than published, because road conditions, border waiting times, seasonal demand and fuel costs across eight countries move too often for a fixed public table to stay honest.
Send your destination, date and passenger count and you will receive one all-inclusive euro figure — covering tolls, border fees, fuel and the chauffeur's time — fixed in writing before departure. Once quoted, the price does not change.
Correct operator licensing for international carriage — the documentation that determines whether a vehicle is permitted to cross at all.
Border formalities handled by the chauffeur, with vehicle and insurance paperwork prepared in advance.
All tolls, border fees and fuel inside the quoted fare.
Rest-stop planning built into the timing, not improvised.
A single fixed price for the entire journey, agreed in writing before departure.
Comparison
Standard taxi vs. ride-hailing app vs. oRço VIP Transfer
Quick Answer
A metered taxi prices your journey by traffic, a ride-hailing app prices it by demand, and oRço prices it by route — fixed, in euros, VAT included, agreed before you travel. The practical difference appears on a delayed flight at 02:00 with eight suitcases, which is exactly when the other two options fail.

The honest summary: for a single traveller with one bag going three kilometres in daylight, a taxi is fine and cheaper. The case for a private VIP transfer is a party of four or more, an unfamiliar city, luggage, a flight that may not land when it said it would, or a schedule where arriving late costs more than the transfer does.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How does flight tracking work for IST airport pickups?
When you book, you give us your flight number. Our dispatch monitors that flight's live status from departure onward and moves the chauffeur's arrival to match the actual landing time. If you land early, the car is already there. If you are delayed by three hours, nobody charges you for those three hours and nobody cancels your booking.
How much is a transfer from Istanbul Airport to Taksim or the European side?
€75, fixed, VAT included. That is the fare regardless of the time of day, the traffic, the number of passengers up to eight, or which vehicle class is assigned. The same €75 applies in the reverse direction, from the European side back to Istanbul Airport. Istanbul Airport to the Asian side is €100.
What happens if my flight is delayed — do I pay a waiting fee?
No. Delays caused by the airline are not charged. You have 60 minutes of complimentary waiting measured from actual landing time, which covers passport control, baggage reclaim and customs — and if the flight itself arrives late, the clock simply starts later.
Do your chauffeurs speak English?
Yes. English is a selection requirement, not an optional extra — every chauffeur handles route discussion, schedule changes and local recommendations directly in English. Turkish is of course native. Our dispatch and booking support operates in both languages, 24 hours a day.
Can I pay in euros, and is VAT already included?
Yes to both. All published prices are in euros and VAT is included in the figure shown — there is no tax added at the end and no currency conversion surprise. We accept cash or bank transfer. Please note we do not take card payments, so arrange your preferred method when you book.
Is oRço VIP Transfer a licensed company in Turkey?
Yes. We hold TÜRSAB registration A-17179 — TÜRSAB is the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies, and the registration is independently verifiable. We are also licensed for international road transfers, which is what permits our vehicles to cross into every country we serve, from Bulgaria and Greece to the Western Balkans and Georgia.
Can you drive us from Istanbul to Bulgaria, Serbia, the rest of the Balkans or Georgia?
Yes — these are ongoing scheduled services, not one-off arrangements. We operate regularly into Bulgaria (Sofia, Burgas, Varna), Greece (Thessaloniki, Alexandroupoli, Kavala), Albania (Tirana), Kosovo (Pristina, Prizren), North Macedonia (Skopje), Serbia (Belgrade), Bosnia-Herzegovina (Sarajevo) and Georgia (Tbilisi, Batumi). Your chauffeur handles border formalities, and the quoted fare includes all tolls, border fees and fuel. Other European destinations are quoted on request.
Do I need a visa or special documents for a cross-border transfer?
Your own entry requirements depend on your nationality and the country you are entering, and you should confirm those with the relevant consulate — we cannot advise on your visa status. What we handle is the vehicle side: correct international operator licensing, vehicle registration and chauffeur documentation, all prepared before departure.
How many passengers and suitcases fit in a Mercedes-Benz Vito?
It depends on the configuration: Signature carries 4 passengers with 4 suitcases, Business carries 6 with 6, and Group carries 8 with 8. Luggage travels in a dedicated compartment rather than on the seats. Tell us your passenger and bag count at booking and we assign the right class — the price does not change with the vehicle.
How far in advance should I book an Istanbul VIP transfer?
Same-day and short-notice bookings are often possible, subject to availability — message WhatsApp and you will usually have an answer within minutes. For multi-vehicle delegations, cross-border journeys and peak periods (summer, religious holidays, major congresses), book as early as your itinerary allows.
Do you provide child seats?
Child seats must be requested in advance — please tell us the child's age when you book so the right seat is fitted before the vehicle is dispatched. We cannot add a child seat on arrival without notice.
